Theft of our shipments can occur in many delivery areas. Our company will guarantee your package until it is confirmed delivered to your residence/business. We are not responsible for your package once it is delivered.
If you believe your package has been stolen, please check your tracking information first to confirm it was delivered. If you are concerned your package may be stolen, we suggest adding 'signature required' upon delivery.
If your tracking information states delivered and it was not, we ask that you call the carrier, your local Post Office, FedEX or UPS to inquire about your package.
After you’ve checked with the carrier of the package and a resolution has not been met, please give our office a call. We do charge shipping for a package to be resent.
